The Format+ is a high-back all-mesh synchro-tilter from Global Furniture Group built for users who want the ergonomic depth of a premium chair without fussing with manual tension controls. The weight-sensing mechanism calibrates the tilt to you automatically, while side-activated sliding seat depth, ratchet back height adjustment, and 4D T-arms (height, width, slide, and rotation) let you dial every other dimension manually.
