Brant Business Interiors is the family-run Ontario office furniture dealer most buyers know us by. The legal entity behind our OECM agreement is Brant Basics — same team, same address at 296 George St N, Peterborough. Family-owned since 1964; we install with our own people, not a freight contractor. The crew that quotes your job is the crew that shows up at your dock.

Every order — single chair, full office, or multi-site OECM rollout — ships with coordinated delivery windows, white-glove in-room placement, full assembly and levelling, and packaging removal once the job is complete. For larger fit-outs, our project coordinators manage staging, sequencing, and after-hours or weekend site access to minimize disruption to operating clinics, occupied schools, and live municipal offices.

Ontario coverage for delivery and install. Western Canada coverage for install — we ship freight from the manufacturer to your Western site and dispatch our install crew. Quote, freight, install, and warranty all handled by the same Ontario account team.

How delivery scheduling works

Three steps from PO to finished workspace.

Step 01

Quote names lead times per line

Your itemised quote flags lead time and install scope on every line. Stock items ship in 1–2 weeks; custom builds run 6–12 weeks. We confirm the install window before you cut the PO.

Step 02

We schedule with your facilities team

Dock access, elevator bookings, security clearance, after-hours or weekend windows for occupied spaces. Our project coordinator works directly with your facilities lead — one call, no surprises on delivery day.

Step 03

Our crew delivers, installs, clears debris

In-room placement, full assembly, levelling, sign-off walk-through. All packaging removed the same day. Old furniture removal as a line item if needed (see Relocation Management).

Delivery & installation — FAQ

  • We deliver throughout Ontario, with primary coverage across Southern and Central Ontario. This includes the Greater Toronto Area, Peterborough, Barrie, Hamilton, Ottawa, Kingston, and surrounding regions. For projects outside Southern Ontario, contact us to confirm delivery availability and lead times.

  • Professional assembly and installation is included with most orders at no additional charge. For large-scale fit-outs or projects requiring after-hours installation, we'll note any additional costs in your quote upfront. There are no surprise fees.

  • Lead times vary by product and manufacturer. Stock items typically deliver within 1–2 weeks. Custom or made-to-order pieces range from 4–12 weeks depending on the manufacturer. We confirm your delivery window at order confirmation and provide advance notice before delivery day.

  • Yes. We coordinate site access, elevator bookings, and dock scheduling in advance. For healthcare facilities, schools, and government buildings with access restrictions or security requirements, our project coordinator works directly with your facilities team to plan logistics.

  • Yes. We remove and responsibly dispose of replaced furniture as part of our relocation and decommission services. Ask about this option when requesting your quote — we'll include it in the project scope as a line item. See our Relocation Management page for more detail.

  • Yes. After-hours and weekend installs are standard for occupied clinics, operating hospital units, live municipal offices, and school summer windows. Mention your operational constraints when you request the quote and we'll schedule the install around your schedule, not ours. No premium charged for off-hours work on most projects — we'll flag in the quote if your scope adds cost.

  • We ship freight from the manufacturer to your Western Canada site and dispatch our own install crew. That means you get the same in-room placement, assembly, levelling, and debris removal as our Ontario installs — not a freight-and-walk-away. Lead times include freight transit. Your Ontario account team coordinates start to finish.
