Each manufacturer carries its own commercial warranty — Global Furniture Group, OTG, Heartwood, ergoCentric, and Keilhauer each publish coverage on frames, mechanisms, and upholstery on their product spec sheets. Brant Business Interiors coordinates warranty claims on your behalf for the life of the warranty: you file with us, we work with the manufacturer. Yes. We deliver from Peterborough to school boards, hospitals, municipalities, colleges, and offices across Ontario, and we install on-site for multi-unit orders — typically 25 chairs or more. Single units ship via courier. Installation is quoted with the chairs (per-unit or flat-fee depending on configuration) and we coordinate timing with your facilities team through a single point of contact.
